This Penguin figure was a Target Exclusive. The box is sealed and is in near mint condition. The figure is in mint condition. It's very reminiscent of the Mego action figures from the 70's. This would make a great gift for any Batman collector. It feature a real cloth outfit, 2 penguins and an umbrella. This figure is approximately 9 inches.
